He most recently served as President, US for Ourvita Group, a PE-backed global CDMO and the third-largest nutritional supplement manufacturer in the world, where he led post-acquisition integration, restructured procurement, and architected the US segment's three-year growth plan.
Earlier in his career, he spent 27 years at General Mills in progressively senior operations, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain roles — including three years based in Lausanne, Switzerland, directing operations across a 15-site, 12-country manufacturing network for the company's joint venture with Nestlé.
He founded Helvetia Advisory Partners to bring executive-caliber operating leadership — P&L ownership, M&A integration, and manufacturing turnaround experience — directly to companies and investors who need it, on a fractional or advisory basis.
